Researchers Lucia Kováčová, Ivana Studená and Lucia Mýtna Kureková published the POW-Bridge study on the posting of workers in Slovakia, which aimed to examine the gaps between legislation and practice in the posting of workers, identify challenges in utilising this labour mobility tool and propose policy solutions to address these challenges. A particular focus is on examining the interaction between the amended Posting of Workers Directive in 2018 and national legislation. The study is part of the international project POW-Bridge - Bridging the gap between legislation and practice in the posting of workers, which is implemented under the leadership of the European Center for Social Welfare Policy and Research. The project is funded by the European Union Programme for Employment and Social Innovation "EaSI" (2014 - 2020).
