Lucia Kováčová works as a researcher at the Slovak Academy of Sciences, Centre for Social and Psychological Sciences. She earned her MA degree in Public Policy with the specialisation in equality and social justice at the Central European University in Budapest (now located in Vienna). Her research interests include labour integration of vulnerable groups, labour migration, social economy and social dialogue. Regarding this, she has been participating in several domestic and international research projects.
Additionally, she works at the Central European Labour Studies Institute and Slovak Governance Institute.
